A replacement engine cooling fan for 1967 to 1981 Harley Davidson two-stroke gas engines, the type fitted to Club Car, Columbia Par Car and other vintage golf carts. The original part is discontinued and the only ones still in circulation are used and sold at a premium.
This one was designed from scratch and 3D printed in high heat-resistant, high strength, chemically resistant filament. It is strong and light, and it is built to sit right next to the engine, where heat and oil are constant. The print is engineered around the original factory geometry, the squirrel cage layout of curved radial blades between two rings, so it slots straight into the original mounting position.
